This doubles one RJ45 socket to connect two telephones. It comes as a pair of modules, one set for the patch panel end (splits the RJ45 socket into two), and the other end for the wall module. This second end has two switchable telephone adaptors (switchable between PABX master and SECONDARY). This eliminates the need for a splitter and separate telephone convertors.
